Joint Command and Staff College Library

Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC) library serves the college community. It is located inside the college at Karen, Westwood Park Road. JCSC library recognizes that university libraries are partners in the educational vision and mission of the mother institution. As such, the library seeks to develop and support information-literate university community that can discover, access, and use information resources effectively for studying, teaching, research and lifelong learning.

JCSC library collection of over 11,000 books in defence, strategy and professional military studies as well as wide range of journals and databases to support the teaching, learning and research. The print books are available on the shelves and can be accessed from the library catalogue. Besides the print collections, the library, through NDU-K subscribes to Kenya Library and Information Services Consortium (KLISC) for electronic databases containing journals and e-books relevant to academic courses offered in this college.
