<\/a>NDU-K is subject to Audit by the OAG in accordance with Article 226(3) and 229(4) of the constitution of Kenya and section 7 of the Public Audit Act, 2015 of the law of Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhile making his remarks, NDU-K Vice-Chancellor Major General Said Farah said the University leadership is committed to the audit process, noting the institution is continuously ready to learn and improve in its various areas of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He assured the delegation of the University\u2019s support during the entire audit process saying it is imperative for the two institutions to work together with the ultimate aim of achieving the set objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
